Well I don’t know where to begin. First I would like to thank you Melissa Butler for blessing me today! ❤️ After losing my car 2 years ago to Hurricane Harvey, we received money from Fema and went straight to Car Works for a car. Melissa gave me a good deal on a Ford Expedition. Just recently I started having transmission problems and really couldn’t afford to put it in the shop. I continued to drive it to work everyday because well, I had to work. I continued to make my monthly car note payments and insurance. I got behind a few times on payments but eventually caught up thanks to Melissa’s understanding. After checking the truck out for me, a mechanic suggested that I not drive it at all until I can put it in the shop and have it fix. Well it was my only transportation but it really did decline in performance and I was afraid to drive it to work. I texted Melissa and explained my situation and to my surprise she told me to come to her car lot (Car Works) to see what she can do for me. Long story short I drove away with a 2007 Dodge Durango today! ❤️. She didn’t tac on the remaining balance to my contract for the Durango but instead just wrote it off as a loss. She didn’t have to do that but she did and I just want to thank her for being so kind and compassionate of my situation. just sitting here thinking about how Ms. Melissa has been a blessing too my family. I went to go buy me a car from her and when I got there the customer service was Amazing. Shes fair Shes understanding and helpful. I lost my key the first week I got my car and i gave her call the response I got was wow! come by I have a extra key here. Great experience with Carworks.. The next month my Son said hey Mom I want go there to get me a truck So guess what? bought another vehicle . Two weeks later the transmission went out. called her on the weekend and Yes she answered with No questions ask she had it in the shop on that Monday with no charge I work as a family service supervisor working with families I have sent many families to her n she has put them in a Car!!!
